McGrath’s painting & decorating is a family owned professional company based in Latrobe Valley, Gippsland. With over 28 years of experience Mcgraths painting has been growing & we now have over 25 professional staff, all have police checks and working with children checks as well as COVID-19 Vaccination and boosters.
Over the years we have built up our knowledge and expertise in all areas of the painting industry. We offer a range of speciality finishes and painting styles to meet your needs. No matter how big or small the job is our team will always be prepared and we will provide affordable options that are sure to meet your needs. We are dedicated to transforming your space with expertise and care.
McGrath’s Painting has been a member of the Master Painters Association (MPA) for 26 years and are also qualified licensed applicators of Wattyl Granosite and Dulux Acratex Architectural range of coatings.
Although McGrath’s Painting is based in Latrobe Valley, we will happily service domestic & commercial clients throughout Victoria and across Australia.

How it all started
Nigel McGrath the founder of McGraths Painting started his painting career as an apprentice in the early 90s. Full of passion and enthusiasm for his new found career he started McGraths Painting & Decorating in 1996. Throughout the years Nigel has made a name for himself in the construction industry as a hard working talented tradesman that is always full of energy and will tackle any job thrown his way.
